Choose Us When You Need a Started or Finished Gun Dog

Need a new hunting partner? We have both started and advanced gun dogs available for all your hunting needs. Most started dogs will still be young. They are best when an individual is ready to go hunting, has had a dog around before, and wants a connection with the dog.

Started dogs will be able to pass an AKC junior test or a UKC-started test. Your started dog will be able to retrieve a marked bird, be collar conditioned, forced fetch, ready to retrieve your next duck that he sees fall. They will also be trained in all the general obedience commands. 

If you're ready to go hunting now and don't want to spend any time training, a finished dog is for you. Finished dogs can be purchased and taken hunting the next day. Finished dogs will have all the proper qualifications of a started dog but will also be started on whistle and blind retrievals.
